• Does AllinFun collect your personal data?
  AllinFun does not collect any of your personal data. To see more, you can read our Privacy Policy.

• Can I propose new features? Will you take care of my requests?
  Yes, AllinFun will be improved according to the user's request. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for your new feature requests and bug reports. We will try to solve them and back to you as soon as possible.

• Can I watch movie/tv series in AllinFun?
  Unfortunately, you cannot due to the copyrights. AllinFun provides you a platform where you can have your own library for movies, tv series, directors, actors/actresses, writers. You can find the streaming platforms of a movie or a tv series in its details page.

• I do not want to take notifications of every movie that I added or see it in my calendar. What should I do?
  AllinFun is designed to be as flexible as possible. You can enable/disable calendar and notification features for every movie, tv series, and person in your list by using the notification and calendar button in the details page of the related item.

• I am having trouble to take the notifications?
  1-) It is recommended to disable battery optimization for AllinFun. You can go to the related page via Allinfun settings menu.
  2-) Some phone manufacturers may prefer to not inform applications when a device restart/reboot occurs by default. If this is the case for your phone, you can go to the battery settings and allow auto-start for AllinFun or you can run AllinFun once after each restart/reboot.

• How can I back up/restore my data?
  You can back up your data manually. This process will create a file, AllinFun.json, under internal storage/Download. You should copy this file and paste to the same place in your new device. Then, you should go to the setting in AllinFun and click on restore option. In addition to the manual backup, your data will be backed up to your Google Drive automatically. The place that AllinFun can use in your Google Drive is limited. Thus, if the size of your AllinFun data exceeds this limited Drive size, some of your data will not be backed up. Even though it is very hard to exceed this limited size, you can be sure that any of your data will not be lost by using manual backup.
  You can synchronize your AllinFun and TRAKT data. This process will not affect your list in TRAKT, it will create three custom lists, AllinFun-Movies, AllinFun-TVSeries, AllinFun-People, and keep these lists synchronized with the AllinFun lists. The changes you make in AllinFun appear in your TRAKT account instantly if your TRAKT account is connected whereas the changes you make in TRAKT appear in AllinFun in at most 24 hours (daily). You can also use TRAKT manual synchronization to get the changes from TRAKT immediately.

• I see that some information is missing about a movie or a tv series. Will you fix it?
  AllinFun uses TMDb for the information. TMDb is an open database to its users. Every user can contribute to this database. The missing information will be probably added soon. If the missing information is about a local, not globally-known movie or a tv series, it may take some time for someone to add this information. You can either add the missing information by yourself or inform us so that we can add.

• Sometimes, I cannot see the overview or biography section in my native language, why?
  TMDb supports a lot of languages and probably does your language too but some movies, tv series or people may not have information in your language. In that case, you will see the information in English. You can add the related information in your language to TMDb or just inform us.

• Is there a IOS version of AllinFun?
  No right now but we are planning to develop AllinFun IOS in the future.

• What is the minimum supported Android version?
  Android 5.0 (Lollipop - API level 21)

• When I remove a movie/tv series/person from AllinFun and rerun it, I see that it came back, why?
  If you use paid version and TRAKT integration then when you remove an item from AllinFun, it will be removed from the lists that AllinFun created in your TRAKT account but AllinFun does not touch any other list in your TRAKT account. When you rerun the app it will bring back that removed item if it is still included in your TRAKT list other than the list AllinFun created in your TRAKT account. Thus, you should remove that item from your TRAKT lists too.

• There are some movies/tv series that I have not added, why?
  This can be only possible if your TRAKT account is connected. There may be some movies or tv series that you are not aware of, in the watched history in your TRAKT account. Even if you watched an episode of tv series in your TRAKT account, that tv series will be added to your AllinFun list. Please, make sure that those movies or tv series are not included in your TRAKT account first. If you are sure, please, contact us.

• I would like to use phone notification sound instead of the app notification sound, how can I?
  Settings -> Customize notification settings -> notification sound. You can choose the default notification sound in your phone here.

• There is a yellow frame around some movie/tv series/person photos, why?
  You see a yellow frame around a movie/tv series/person photo if it is in your favourite list.

• The movie/tv series/person that I added was not added correctly (e.g. I cannot see it on my calendar even if it should be there), why?
  When you add a movie/tv series/person to your favourite list, you should wait until the progress bar disappears. Otherwise, there may be some problems with adding that item. You can remove such an item from your favourite list and add it again by waiting the progress bar to disappear this time.

• I closed the notification without reading it. Will I be able to see the content of it anywhere again?
  If it is a project that is upcoming in 30 days, you can check it in your calendar (Upcoming Ones screen). If it is a project of one of your favourite people, you can check the projects of that person in his/her detail page or you will start seeing that project in your calendar with the related person name (and his/her character name in the project) when there are 30 days before it's release date.

• Sometimes, the episode information that tells me where I left in a tv series is not included in the season page of that tv series. It seems that there is no such an episode of the tv series. How does this happen?
  If TRAKT has more episodes information for a tv series than TMDb does and if you make one of those episodes watched in your TRAKT account, AllinFun gets this information from your TRAKT account and shows you as the episode where you left for that tv series if it is the last episode you watched. On the other hand, the information on the seasons page of a tv series is gotten from TMDb, thus, you do not see those episodes on that page.

Premium

• What are the Premium features? Is it one-time purchase?
  TRAKT synchronization, automatic backup/restore, detailed statistics, a separate screen to see the tv series episode you missed, no ad. There will be new features in the future. You buy Premium once and use it forever.

• I bought the paid version. How can I get the data in my free version?
  You can use the manual backup option. Go to the settings in the free version and click on Backup option. Then go to the settings in the paid version and click on the Restore option. Do not remove the free version before you make sure that your data came to the paid version.

• Will I be able to use my Premium account in my new device too?
  Yes, your premium account is related to your Google Play Account. So, if you use the same Google Play account, you can download the paid version of AllinFun directly in your new device. If you have any trouble, please contact us over info@ekenapp.com .

• How can I transfer my data in IMDb, TVDB, TMDb, Listal, Letterboxd, Criticker, Flixster, iCheckMovies to AllinFun?
  To be able to do that, you have to be a Premium user. You should transfer your data in the platforms above to TRAKT first. Then use the TRAKT synchronization feature in AllinFun to get that data to AllinFun. You can follow the steps in the link below.

• There are some movies and tv series episodes that are not released yet in the "Ones I've Missed" screen, why?
  This is because those movies and tv series do not have a release date in TMDb yet. When they have, you will not see them anymore. If the release date of a movie or tv series episode is determined, you can enter this date to TMDb by yourself too.

• I do not see the tv series that I have not watched yet on the "Ones I've Missed" screen, why?
  You do not see the tv series which you have not watched any episode of, on this screen. When you watch one episode, you will start seeing it.

• When I sum up the percentages of the genres on the statistics screen, it ends with a number over 100, why?
  Because there can be more than one genre for a movie or a tv series.

• How can I have the same lists if I use AllinFun in multiple devices?
  First of all, if you do not have a TRAKT account, create one. Then, connect AllinFun to your TRAKT account in your devices. This way, your lists will be kept the same in your devices.

TRAKT

• How should I connect to my TRAKT account?
  If you have a Premium account, you can go to the settings and click on TRAKT connection section. Make sure you entered your TRAKT login information correctly. The very first synchronization may take some time according to the size of your list. Please, be patient and wait until it says done.

• There are new lists in my TRAKT account. What are they?
  First of all, we want you to know that TRAKT synchronization does not affect your lists in TRAKT. It creates 3 lists for your AllinFun movies, tv series and people and keeps these 3 lists synchronized with your AllinFun lists all the time. The changes you make in AllinFun immediately appear in your TRAKT account too whereas the changes you make in TRAKT appear in AllinFun in at most 24 hours (daily) All the items in your TRAKT account like watchlist items, your custom lists' items, items in your watched history will be merged to your AllinFun.

• Why does not the changes that I made in my TRAKT account appear in AllinFun?
  The changes you make in AllinFun appear in your TRAKT account instantly if your TRAKT account is connected whereas the changes you make in TRAKT appear in AllinFun in at most 24 hours (daily). You can also use TRAKT manual synchronization to get the changes from TRAKT immediately.
